Kick-Off Pride Month with us! Guess who's an LGBTQ+ travel destination?! WE ARE!! Charis welcomes Mark Jason Williams (co-author) for a celebration of Out in the World: An LGBTQIA+ (and Friends!) Travel Guide to More Than 100 Destinations Around the World. This first-of-its-kind travel guide explores inclusive destinations around the world where LGBTQIA travelers and their allies can have an uncensored and memorable vacation experience. Mark will chat with readers, take photos, and sign books in person at Charis Books and More. No reservation or ticket required. This event is co-sponsored by Atlanta Pride. Atlanta Pride is Georgia's oldest nonprofit organization serving the LGBTQ+ community in metro Atlanta and across the South. Its operations include the annual Atlanta Pride Festival and Parade in October, educational, social, and cultural programs and community reinvestment initiatives.
